House-hunting update
My mom has finally agreed on supporting me in my decision to buy a house. What a great relief. Now, I can really tell agents that I can commit.
I've found a place I am ready to commit to so YAY #1.
I've found the right bank to loan from, so YAY #2
Now, it will be to see if the negotiation for the house comes through. Will the seller agree to my asking price?

Ju Ann, happy house hunting. Nic and I just got our own place, finally after years of looking for one in the area that we like so I totally understand your feelings. We waited for the right unit, the right location. But when you find the unit you like, buy it. ;-) It may sometimes cost a bit more but if it is something you like, I say go ahead and sign that S&P.
