My Hamster so Clever!

And mischievious!

Meet Brownie - the boy.



And then meet Snowy - the girl (duh).



Brownie lives in a little tub, four walled and all and a very nice big wheel. He tries his very best, every single night to take over the world escape. And he succeeds on an average of 3-5 times every night. God I could strangle the little bugger for waking me up!!

He climbs on top of me and wakes me up with his little furry padded feet. Itchy but thank goodness I wake up in time, every time, to get him back into his cage again before he finds danger.

Snowy lives in a pink cage with grills. She tries her very best, every single night to escape. no, take over the world drive me crazy with her BAD bar chewing habits.

So I decided to swap them both.

Brownie is in the caged cage.

Snowny is in the tub.

Brownie seems happy enough so we leave him be in this story.

But Snowy, she's.. so cute. She has never seen such a big wheel before and so she spends her time running like no tomorrow without stopping. Really, without stopping.

That night her wheel knocks against her food bowl as she runs and the noise kept me awake. So I took it out and went back to sleep.

What seemed like 1 hour later, I heard the wheel going on and on again. I woke up and saw Snowy out of the pink tub, on my room floor running the wheel that was "relocated for good reasons".

Can you imagine? A hamster, who everybody thinks only know how to eat, sleep, escape and act cute, actually escaped to run her wheel?!

I tested the theory the next day by taking her wheel away from her again and placed it at the other end of the room.

Later on, I saw her at the wheel running again. She found it! Bloody amazing right?

I gave up. She shall have her wheel. And I shall lose sleep. :/

    Ju ju! ur hamsters seem exceedingly intelligent. what special diet u give them eh?

    Evo: Erm, nothing overly special... just Vitakraft Wellness. haha she is just a hamster very badly addicted to wheel. :)
